DhamaNet Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy applies when you use a DhamaNet account, application, device, business tool, API or other enabled service.

1. General rule

Use DhamaNet only for lawful, authorized and legitimate purposes. Respect other people’s privacy, dignity, safety, consumer rights, intellectual property and financial rights. Do not use a feature in a way that is prohibited simply because a technical restriction does not stop you.

2. Child tracking and Digital Safety

Dhamana Child is limited to a parent or legal guardian’s minor child or minor dependent. Only a parent or legal guardian with genuine lawful authority may add, connect, locate, monitor or control that child after completing the Parent / Legal Guardian Authorization. They must stop monitoring when the child reaches legal adulthood or when their authority ends; DhamaNet does not determine that transition automatically. There is no self-authorization path for a child-safety profile.

Do not use Dhamana Child or another child-safety function to monitor or control an adult, spouse, partner, elder, friend, employee or any other person who is not a minor child or minor dependent. DhamaNet does not provide adult, spouse, partner, elder or friend monitoring, and an account, device access or claimed relationship does not create that permission.

Secret tracking, stalking, harassment, coercive control, domestic abuse, punitive monitoring, employee surveillance through a parent account, unlawful evidence gathering, resale or unauthorized sharing of a child’s location, false safety alerts, and use of App Control or Tamper Protection to isolate a child from emergency help are prohibited. Do not misrepresent a parent/legal-guardian relationship or your authority.

Do not misuse Android permissions such as Accessibility, Usage Access or Device Administrator for purposes outside the child-safety functions described by DhamaNet.

3. Child safety and harmful conduct

Never use DhamaNet to exploit, groom, threaten, sexualize, intimidate or endanger a child or vulnerable person, or to distribute unlawful abusive material. Do not use child-safety information to locate or target someone for harm. Safety concerns may be reported to DhamaNet and, where appropriate, to the competent authorities.

4. Accounts and identity

Do not impersonate another person or business, create accounts to evade restrictions, steal or share credentials, ask for another person’s password or one-time code, bypass verification, falsify identity or KYC information, or use a role or account you are not authorized to use.

5. Security and service integrity

Do not attack, disrupt or interfere with DhamaNet; introduce malware; exploit vulnerabilities; scrape private information; tamper with records; submit false location, device, SMS, payment or transaction information; bypass security or access restrictions; or use non-public functions without authorization.

Good-faith security research must follow any vulnerability-reporting process published by DhamaNet and must not unnecessarily access personal data or disrupt the service.

6. Wallet, payment and credit abuse

Fraud, money laundering, unauthorized payments, use of stolen payment instruments, false bank-transfer proof, duplicate refund claims, chargeback abuse, manipulation of transfers, deliberate evasion of transaction limits, fraudulent credit activity and knowingly handling unlawful proceeds are prohibited.

7. Telecom abuse

Do not misuse telecom top-up, invoice or related services through false identities, stolen funds, unauthorized phone numbers, abusive automation or schemes intended to evade operator or DhamaNet limits.

8. Merchant and partner abuse

Do not list or facilitate unlawful, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous or prohibited goods or services; misrepresent prices, availability, origin or product characteristics; create fake orders, refunds or activations; bribe or manipulate staff; misuse customer information; or use merchant, partner, POS, terminal or API access outside its authorized purpose.

Merchants and partners must not independently profile or market to customers using DhamaNet-supplied personal data unless they have a lawful basis and the applicable agreement permits it.

9. Communications and content

Do not send spam, threats, hateful or fraudulent content, impersonation, unlawful sexual content, privacy-invasive material, malicious links, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not make false SOS or safety reports or deliberately create panic.

10. Enforcement

DhamaNet may take proportionate action where necessary, including rejecting or reversing an operation where permitted, restricting a feature, suspending an account, removing unlawful content or listings, protecting an affected child, preserving relevant evidence and reporting conduct where required by law.

Questions or complaints about enforcement may be sent to EURL Dhamana Network at support@dhamanet.dz, +213 770 08 43 78, or Cité Frères Dembri, No. 07, Mila, Algeria.
